* Faculty and students of institutional members of the Consortium of Universities for Global Health are eligible to register at the member rate. To check if your organization is a member of CUGH, please visit http://cugh.org/membership/members

U.S. Government personnel are eligible for the  ”Delegate (Member)” rate when registering with a “.gov” email address. Please present your valid government employment ID when picking up your registration materials – otherwise the regular registration fee will apply.

Student identification is required. Please present your valid student ID when picking up your registration materials – otherwise the regular registration fee will apply. Resident citizens of low- or lower middle-income countries (LLMIC) are eligible for the LLMIC rates.

The Welcome & Networking Reception will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 6.30pm to 8.00pm at the Washington Hilton and is included in the registration fee for delegates. The fee for Accompanying persons is $15.  Pre-registration is necessary.

Registration fee for all delegates includes:

  • participation in the scientific program
  • program and abstract book
  • coffee breaks
  • Welcome & Networking Reception on Saturday, May 10, 2014

Payment of Registration Fees

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express only) or wire transfer.

Wire transfers should be made without charges to the beneficiary, payable to the bank account: “ISID”, account number: 0000014575, bank name: Bank of America, 333 Longwood Ave, Boston, MA 02115, USA, SWIFT: BOFAUS3N, bank routing number: #011000138.

Cancellation of Registrations

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the 2014 Global Health conference manager (info@2014cughconference.org). A full refund less a US $ 75.00 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations of registrations on/before April 1, 2014. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 1, 2014. It is possible to replace a cancelled participant with another person.

Registration Hours

The registration and information desk at the Washington Hilton will be open on Friday, May 9, 2014 from 3.00pm to 7.00pm, and the following days during official conference hours.

Liability

The organizers of the 5th Annual CUGH Conference act as agents only and will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conferences or during all tours. It is, therefore, recommended that participants arrange for their own personal health, accident, and travel insurance.

The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Washington, D.C.
